124Term of appointment, and reappointment
Every member of the review panel, including the chairperson, must be appointed for a term of 3 years or less.

A member who participates in a review that is not complete on the date that he or she ceases to be in office may complete his or her participation in the review after that date and is, for that purpose, deemed to be in office until the review is complete.
Any member may be reappointed any number of times.
A member may at any time resign from office by written notice to the Minister of Justice.
The Minister of Justice may at any time remove a member from office for just cause, and the member is not entitled to compensation for removal.
