If a residence manager stops you from getting a written message or an item, they must handle it in a certain way. They have to return it to the sender if they know the sender's address. If they do not know the sender's address, they must either send it to an inspector or show it to the inspector when they next visit. The manager might also decide not to send a written message or item. In this case, they must either send it to an inspector or show it to the inspector when they next visit. The manager has to tell you if they have stopped a written message or item from reaching you, unless they think telling you would be bad for you or someone else.
