When you are under a protective supervision order, the court can include rules that you must follow. The court makes these rules to reduce the risk of you committing another offence. The court wants to help you rehabilitate and become a part of the community again.

The court also makes rules to address the concerns of people who have been affected by your actions, which the court refers to as victims, as explained in the context of the section 3 definition, but in this case, it's used in a broader sense. The rules are part of the protective supervision order made under section 93. These rules help the court achieve its goals for you.
