Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007

Regulation of immigration advisers - Licensing process

26: Obligation to notify Registrar of change in circumstances

You could also call this:

“You must tell the Registrar about important changes in your life if you have or want a licence”

If you have a licence or are applying for one, you need to tell the Registrar in writing about any important changes in your situation. You should do this as soon as you can, but no later than 10 working days after the change happens.

Important changes include any changes to the information you gave when you applied for your licence. It also includes anything that might stop you from getting a licence. You also need to tell the Registrar about any changes that might affect the things mentioned in section 16 or 17. There might be other changes that you need to report too, if they are listed in the rules.

Remember, it’s your job to let the Registrar know about these changes quickly. This helps make sure that the Registrar always has the most up-to-date information about you and your licence.
