Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007

Regulation of immigration advisers - Immigration Advisers Authority and Registrar of Immigration Advisers

38: Publication of code of conduct and competency standards

You could also call this:

“The code of conduct and competency standards must be made available for everyone to see and access.”

The Registrar must make sure that you can see and get copies of the code of conduct and competency standards. You can look at these for free, either on a computer or on paper. If you want your own copy, you can buy one for a reasonable price. You can find these at the main office of the Authority. The Registrar also decides if they should be available in other places, even in other countries.
