48: Filing complaint with Tribunal

You could also call this:

“How the Registrar sends a complaint to the Tribunal”

If the Registrar decides to send a complaint to the Tribunal, they will first collect any extra information they think is important. Then, they will file the complaint with the Tribunal.

After filing the complaint, the Registrar has to do two things. First, they must write to the person the complaint is about. This letter will tell them that the complaint has been sent to the Tribunal. It will also include a copy of the complaint and any extra information that was gathered. Second, if the Registrar decided to send the complaint to the Tribunal under section 45(2), they must also write to the person who made the complaint to let them know it has been sent to the Tribunal.
