91Waiver of further immigration fees in certain cases

  1. The chief executive of the department of State that has, with the authority of the Prime Minister, assumed responsibility for the administration of the Immigration Act 2009 may, in whole or in part, waive any fee payable on a further immigration application or request by a person whose earlier application or request has not been accepted because it contravened section 9.
