Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007

Regulation of immigration advisers - Cancellation and suspension of licence, etc

30: Effective date of cancellation or suspension

You could also call this:

“When does a cancelled or suspended licence stop working?”

When your licence is cancelled for reasons other than disciplinary action, the Registrar will tell you when this will happen. They will give you a notice that says the date when your licence will be cancelled. This date will be some time after you get the notice.

If your licence is cancelled or suspended because of disciplinary action, or if it’s suspended for other reasons, the Tribunal will decide when this happens. They will tell you the date when your licence will be cancelled or suspended in their decision.
