Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007

Regulation of immigration advisers - Cancellation and suspension of licence, etc

32: Registrar must record cancellation, suspension, or surrender of licence

You could also call this:

“Registrar writes down when someone loses or gives up their licence”

When a licence is cancelled or suspended, or when someone gives up their licence, the Registrar has to write this down in the register. The Registrar needs to do this as soon as they can. This happens when a licence is cancelled or suspended under sections 27, 51, or 53, or when someone gives up their licence under section 31. The register is like a big book where all this information is kept.
