Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007

Miscellaneous provisions - Register of licensed immigration advisers

79: Alterations to register

You could also call this:

“Keeping the list of immigration helpers up to date”

You should know that the person in charge of the register of licensed immigration advisers can change it when needed. They can do this to make sure the information is correct and up to date.

The person in charge can change the register to show new information about immigration advisers. They can also fix any mistakes they or their helpers might have made. They make sure the register correctly shows which advisers have licences and what types of licences they have.

If some information in the register is not needed anymore, the person in charge can remove it. They decide what information is still important to keep based on what the register is for.

All these changes help keep the register accurate and useful for people who need to look up information about immigration advisers.
