87: Power of Registrar to delegate

You could also call this:

“Registrar can ask employees to do some of their work”

The Registrar can give some of their jobs, duties, and powers to any employee. This is like how a boss can ask workers to do tasks for them. The Registrar can do this using special rules from the Public Service Act 2020. However, the Registrar can’t give away their power to delegate tasks to others. This means the Registrar is the only one who can decide who gets to do these special jobs.
