Regulation of immigration advisers - Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal

41A: Orderly and efficient operation

You could also call this:

“The Tribunal chair keeps things running smoothly and efficiently”

The person in charge of the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal is called the chair. It’s the chair’s job to make sure that they and all the other members of the Tribunal do their work in a neat and organised way. They need to try their best to set things up so that everyone can do their job efficiently. This means working in a way that helps achieve what the law is meant to do.
