“What counts as a workplace under health and safety law”

A workplace is any place where you do work for a business. This includes places you might go to while you’re working.

A workplace can be many different things. It can be a building, but it can also be a car, a boat, or even an airplane. It can be on land, in the water, or even floating on water.

Remember, anywhere you go for your job can be considered a workplace. This helps keep you safe no matter where your work takes you.
