Enforcement and other matters - Reviews and appeals - Internal review

133: Notice of decision on internal review

You could also call this:

“After reviewing your case, the regulator must notify you of their decision and reasons”

After the regulator has made a decision about an internal review, they need to tell you about it quickly. They will write to you and explain two things:

  1. What they decided about the internal review.
  2. Why they made that decision.

This is part of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. It’s called ‘Notice of decision on internal review’ and it’s in the ‘Internal review’ section. The regulator must do this as soon as they can after they make their decision, which they do according to section 132.
