72Provisional improvement notice may include recommendations to remedy contravention

1. A provisional improvement notice may include recommendations relating to—

2. the measures to be taken to remedy the contravention or prevent the likely contravention; or
3. the things or activities causing the contravention, or likely to cause a contravention, to which the notice relates.

4. A recommendation included in a provisional improvement notice may—

5. refer to an approved code of practice:
6. offer the person to whom it is issued a choice of ways in which to remedy the contravention or prevent the likely contravention.

7. Subsection (2) does not limit subsection (1).
