Worker engagement, participation, and representation - Provisional improvement notices

75: Cancellation of provisional improvement notice

You could also call this:

“How health and safety reps can cancel an improvement notice they issued”

You can cancel a provisional improvement notice if you’re a health and safety representative. To do this, you need to give a written notice to the person who received the original notice. When you cancel the notice, you must tell the person in the same way that you gave them the original notice. For example, if you handed the original notice to them in person, you should hand them the cancellation notice in person too.
