200: Coroner may call for report on fatal accident

You could also call this:

“Coroner can request a report about workplace deaths”

If a coroner asks, the regulator must give them a written report about an investigation. This investigation can be finished or still happening. It’s about a deadly accident that happened at a workplace. The regulator is the one who does the investigation. They have to write down what they found out about how the accident occurred. This helps the coroner understand what happened.
