Health and Safety at Work Act 2015

Enforcement and other matters - Criminal proceedings

145: Continuing or repeated matters

You could also call this:

“Repeated safety issues can lead to multiple enforcement actions”

If something unsafe keeps happening or happens again, the regulator or someone else can take action to enforce the rules more than once. This means that even if they’ve already done something about a problem, they can take more steps to fix it if the problem doesn’t stop or if it happens again. This rule helps make sure that ongoing or repeated safety issues are dealt with properly.
