103Compliance with improvement notice

  1. A person who has been issued with an improvement notice must comply with the notice within the period specified in the notice.

  2. A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction,—

  3. for an individual, to a fine not exceeding $50,000:
    1. for any other person, to a fine not exceeding $250,000.
      1. It is not an offence to fail to comply with recommendations in an improvement notice.
