195: Health and Safety at Work Strategy
or “Government's plan for improving workplace health and safety”

You could also call this:

“WorkSafe and ACC must plan and work together to prevent workplace injuries”

WorkSafe and ACC need to have a plan to stop people from getting hurt at work. This plan is called a workplace injury prevention action plan. They must always have this plan ready.

WorkSafe and ACC also need to write down agreements about ways to prevent injuries. These agreements can be about things they do together or things that WorkSafe does with ACC’s money.

You can find more information about the workplace injury prevention action plan in Section 264A of the Accident Compensation Act 2001. The agreements between WorkSafe and ACC are explained in Section 264B of the same act.
