  2. issuing a Government Policy Statement; and
    1. determining the following health strategies:
      1. New Zealand Health Strategy:
        1. Hauora Māori Strategy:
          1. Pacific Health Strategy:
            1. Health of Disabled People Strategy:
              1. Women’s Health Strategy:
                1. Rural Health Strategy:
                  1. Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy; and
                  2. approving the New Zealand Health Plan developed by Health New Zealand; and
                    1. endorsing the New Zealand Health Charter; and
                      1. approving a code of expectations for consumer and whānau engagement in the health sector; and
                        1. establishing committees under this Act; and
                          1. exercising intervention powers under sections 61 to 64.
