101Levies for alcohol-related purposes

  1. Levies may be imposed for the purpose of enabling the Ministry to recover costs it incurs—

  2. in addressing alcohol-related harm; and
    1. in its other alcohol-related activities.
      1. Schedules 6 and 7 apply for the purpose of this section.
