58Report on charter
Health New Zealand
must, at least once every 5 years,—- prepare a report on how the New Zealand Health Charter has been given effect throughout the health sector; and
- include in the report any recommendations for changes to the charter.
The report must, as soon as practicable after it is made,—
- be presented to the House of Representatives; and
- be made publicly available.
