Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987

COVID-19 response workers - Regulations

30JQ: Regulations

You could also call this:

“Rules for applying and returning from parental leave for COVID-19 workers”

The government can make rules about what information you need to give when you’re a COVID-19 response worker asking for parental leave payments. They can also make rules about what you need to tell them when you’re going back to work after your leave. These rules will say what forms you need to fill out and what papers you need to send with your application or notice. The government does this to make sure they have all the information they need to handle your request properly.
