41Status and powers of Auckland Transport

  1. For the purpose of performing its functions, Auckland Transport has—

  2. full capacity to carry on or undertake any activity or business, do any act, or enter into any transaction; and
    1. for the purposes of paragraph (a), full rights, powers, and privileges.
      1. Subsection (1) is subject to the rest of this Act.
