60Status of Auckland water organisation under Public Works Act 1981

  1. For the purposes of the Public Works Act 1981,—

  2. an Auckland water organisation that is not a local authority is to be treated as if it were a local authority; and
    1. a work authorised under this Part and undertaken by an Auckland water organisation that is not a local authority is to be treated as if it were a local work.
