53Validity of directors' acts

  1. The acts of a person as a director, chairperson, or deputy chairperson of Auckland Transport are valid even though—

  2. a defect existed in the appointment of the person; or
    1. the occasion for the person's acts, or for his or her appointment, had not arisen or had ended.
