You could also call this:
“Removed credit for consolidated group companies no longer applies”
This part of the law used to be about a credit for a company in a consolidated group. However, it was removed from the law on 1 April 2017. This means it no longer applies, and you don’t need to worry about it anymore.
If you want to know more about why this was changed, you can look at section 241(1) of the Taxation (Annual Rates for 2016–17, Closely Held Companies, and Remedial Matters) Act 2017.
