This section of the law has been removed. It used to talk about how the law would affect portfolio tax rate entities and investors. However, since 1 April 2010, this part no longer applies. The government took it out of the Income Tax Act 2007 when they made changes to international taxation, life insurance, and fixed some other things in the law.
