This part of the law used to be about changes in credit balances for people who have policyholder credit accounts. However, it’s no longer in effect. The government removed this section on 30 March 2017. If you want to know more about why this change happened, you can look at section 285(2) of the Taxation (Annual Rates for 2016–17, Closely Held Companies, and Remedial Matters) Act 2017.
