OP 97: Branch equivalent tax accounts of consolidated BETA groups

“Rules for specific tax accounts of certain company groups no longer apply”
This part of the law used to talk about branch equivalent tax accounts for consolidated BETA groups. However, it’s no longer in effect. The government removed this section on 1 July 2012. This means that from that date, these rules don’t apply anymore. If you need to know about tax accounts for these types of groups, you should look at newer parts of the tax law.
