325Right of representation at hearing

  1. This section applies to appeals and applications for leave to appeal under this Part.

  2. A party may be represented by a lawyer at the hearing of—

  3. an application for leave to appeal; or
    1. an appeal; or
      1. proceedings preliminary or incidental to an application or appeal.
        1. Subsection (2) is subject to section 76 of the Senior Courts Act 2016 and to section 331(3).
