You can appeal to a court if you do not agree with a decision about a suppression order. You might appeal if a court decides to make or refuse a suppression order. You might also appeal if a court decides to renew, vary, or revoke a suppression order under section 208.

You can appeal if you are the person who asked for the suppression order, or if you are the prosecutor. You can also appeal if you are a member of the media and section 210(1) applies to you. This means certain people have the right to appeal to the court about suppression order decisions.

If you want to appeal, you will appeal to the first appeal court. The court will then consider your appeal and make a decision. You must follow the rules for appealing to the first appeal court.
