Illustration for Criminal Procedure Act 2011

If a sentence is resumed as stated in section 345, this section applies to you. The Registrar of the appeal court must tell the controlling officer when your sentence will start again. They must also tell you when your sentence will start again if you are not in court when the appeal is finished, as stated in section 345. The Registrar has to notify the person in charge of your probation area and you, if necessary, about the date your sentence resumes. You will know when to start serving your sentence again because the Registrar will inform you or the officer in charge of your probation area.
