When you read this part of the law, some words have special meanings. A person's name includes anything that could help identify them. A suppression order is a special order made by a court, which can be found in sections like sections 199C, 200, 202, and 205, or in section 199A(3) or 199BA(3) that changes how automatic suppression works in a court case, or in section 199B(1) or 199D(2). These orders are important in court cases and you need to understand what they mean to follow the law.
