27Power of Registrar to compile charging information

  1. Nothing in this Act prevents a Registrar compiling the information in any 1 or more charging documents in any manner or form—

  2. that enables that information to be accessed or used as authorised or required by this Act; or
    1. for the purposes of maintaining the permanent court record of the proceeding; or
      1. for any other reason of administrative convenience.
