If you are charged with an offence in the District Court, this section applies to you. You must be charged with an offence and there must be evidence that shows you might not keep the peace. The court can make you sign a bond to keep the peace, even if you are not found guilty of the offence or if you do not get a penalty. The court can make this order under section 367 as if someone had asked for it under section 366.
