76Transfer of proceeding from trial court to new trial court

  1. If, as a result of any decision referred to in section 134(6), 135, or 140, the trial court changes but the proceeding had already been transferred to the trial court in accordance with section 75, the Registrar of that court must as soon as practicable transfer the proceeding to the new trial court.
