You can enforce some orders under the Child Support Act 1991. This applies to orders made under Part 6 and Part 8 from 1 July 1992. The Child Support Act 1991 rules apply to how these orders are enforced. You get an order under Part 6 or Part 8, and the court makes it. The Commissioner of Inland Revenue must take action to make the order work under the Child Support Act 1991. They must do this as soon as possible. The Commissioner of Inland Revenue works with the Child Support Act 1991 to enforce orders. They take action to make sure the orders are followed. This is how the orders under Part 6 and Part 8 are enforced from 1 July 1992.
