187Regulations

  1. The Governor-General may from time to time, by Order in Council, make regulations—

    1. prescribing the matters in respect of which fees are payable under this Act:
      1. prescribing fees and expenses for the purposes of this Act:
              1. prescribing parentage tests to be carried out for the purposes of sections 54 to 57:
                1. prescribing the manner in which such parentage tests are to be carried out:
                  1. prescribing the form of reports on parentage tests:
                    1. providing for such matters as are contemplated by or necessary for giving full effect to this Act and for its due administration.
                      1. Regulations under this section are secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
