58Costs of parentage tests

  1. Where costs are incurred in the taking and testing of blood samples or buccal samples under section 54(1), each party shall, unless the court otherwise directs, be primarily liable to meet his own costs and the costs of any witness called by him; but the costs so incurred shall be costs in the proceedings.
