154Certificate of Registrar

  1. In any proceedings under or for the purposes of this Part, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Registrar of a court or any similar officer of a country in which a maintenance order is being enforced, stating that a specified amount has been paid into court or to that Registrar or officer under a maintenance order shall be evidence, until the contrary is proved, of the facts stated in the certificate.
