214ARegistrar may alter New Zealand register

  1. If the annual return contains—

  2. an address of the registered office of the company; or
    1. an address for service of the company; or
      1. a postal address of the company—
        1. that is different from the address of the registered office, the address for service, or the postal address of the company entered on the New Zealand register, the Registrar may alter the New Zealand register accordingly.
