Schedule 12: Safe harbour provisions relating to outbreak of COVID-19
You could also call this:
“Company protections during COVID-19 (no longer in effect)”
This schedule was about safe harbour provisions for companies during the COVID-19 outbreak. It was part of the Companies Act 1993 but is no longer in effect.
The schedule included information about which companies the safe harbour provisions applied to, what the safe harbour period meant, and rules about reckless trading. It also covered duties related to section 136 of the Act.
All parts of this schedule were repealed, which means they were removed from the law, on 31 May 2022. This means these special rules for companies during COVID-19 are no longer active.
