When you need to do something with the Registrar of Companies for a company or an overseas company, you should go to the District Registrar’s office where the records for that company are kept. You can also deal with an Assistant Registrar in that same office. This is the place where you need to take any actions or give any information that the law says you must do with the Registrar.
