394: Directors' certificates

You could also call this:

“How directors can sign certificates for their company”

When the law says directors of a company must sign a certificate, there are two ways they can do this. You can either have all the directors sign the same certificate, or each director can sign their own certificate that says the same thing as the others. Both ways are okay and follow the rules set out in the Companies Act 1993.
