This section of the Companies Act 1993 was about how the Official Information Act 1982 and Privacy Act 1993 applied to the Registrar’s powers. However, it’s important for you to know that this section no longer exists in the law. On 13 January 2020, it was removed from the Companies Act 1993. This means that the rules that were once in this section are no longer part of the current law.
