368: Appeals from decisions under section 367

“You can no longer appeal decisions made under section 367”
This section of the law, which was about appealing decisions made under section 367, has been removed. It is no longer part of the Companies Act 1993. The government took it out on 13 January 2020. This means you can’t use this section anymore if you want to appeal a decision related to section 367.
