26Accountability of members to Minister

  1. Members of the board must comply with—

  2. the board’s collective duties (in sections 45 to 49); and
    1. their individual duties as members (in sections 50 to 54); and
      1. any directions applicable to the Bank under this Act, the prudential legislation, the AML Act, or any other legislation.
        1. Members are accountable to the Minister for performing their duties as members.
