42Members ceasing to hold office

  1. A member of the board ceases to hold office if the member—

  2. dies; or
    1. resigns in accordance with section 41; or
      1. is removed from office in accordance with section 37; or
        1. becomes disqualified from being a member under section 31; or
          1. otherwise ceases to hold office in accordance with any legislation.
